+ Pricing - Estimates are based upon iLL sKiLLZ
current costs of product unless otherwise agreed. Also prices can vary depending
on whether it is purely Designing/Printing.+ Preliminary
Work - All work carried out whether experimentally or at customer's
request shall be charged.
+ Proofs - Proofs of all work will be submitted
after customer's approval. Please note: iLL sKiLLZ shall not incur any
liability whatsoever for any errors in the proofs made by the customer. However
if we need to make amendments the customer shall be informed and notified a
charge will be incurred due to the alterations required.
+ Payment - Payment is taken on a PRO-FORMA
basis, this is where by we will take the payment 1st and then deliver the
goods. Cash/Internet Transfers accepted for a more secure and peace of mind
transaction.
+ Copyright - Unless agreed or negotiated in
writing, the copyright of all artwork and commissioned artwork belong solely to
iLL sKiLLz.
+ Claims -
If there is a issue or something that
you are not happy about with the end design/print then please make your claim to
us via email/call. Providing we haven't met all of the above given requirements
with your order we then will refund you accordingly.
